We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospice setting.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support

Educate patients and families on care plans and resources

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications: Current LPN license in Missouri, strong communication skills, and a passion for end-of-life care.
