Hospice Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA). - Lake Sunapee VNA.

We are looking for a compassionate and trained Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide personal care to hospice patients as part of an interdisciplinary team under nurse supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on patient care and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals and offer emotional support
• Provide respite care for families

Requirements:

• Active NH LNA license and proof of flu vaccination
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Physical exam and two-step TB test within the last year
