Hospice Executive Director (RN). - Traditions Health.

This position oversees multiple branches, including Allen, Waxahachie, Tyler, Longview, Lubbock, and Plainview. The Executive Director is responsible for leadership, patient care quality, and the overall administration of clinical and administrative departments. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing day-to-day leadership and management.
• Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Managing financial operations and monitoring branch productivity.
• Recruiting and retaining quality personnel.
• Driving branch performance to meet business goals.
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the agency.
