Hospice Chaplain - Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care

About the Job
Hospice Chaplains play a vital role in guiding patients and families through the sacred and transformative journey of end-of-life care. As part of our dedicated team, chaplains provide a compassionate and calming presence, whether through brief moments of connection or extended time spent offering support. Their work helps ensure patients feel spiritually comforted and at peace as they approach life’s final chapter.
By listening deeply, embracing silence when needed, and engaging in meaningful conversations, chaplains assist patients in exploring life’s essential questions, finding significance in their experiences, and discovering a sense of comfort. They work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to address not only physical and emotional needs but also spiritual concerns, honoring all beliefs with respect and without intent to convert.
Our commitment extends beyond the patient, providing ongoing support to families for up to a year after their loss. If you are driven to make a profound difference by offering solace and peace during life’s most vulnerable moments, we invite you to join our compassionate team. Together, we bring comfort, dignity, and care to patients and their loved ones during this critical time.
