Schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 1 PM - 6 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional or Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in Hooper, NE. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance to clients, including helping them move around the house, and transferring them from beds to wheelchairs.
• Prepare and serve meals according to the client's dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote the client's mental well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members regarding the client’s condition and any changes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification preferred.
• Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
