QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience in a home health care or homecare setting.
- Speak, read, write, and comprehend English. Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with basic computer programs. AxisCare and Viventium software proficiency is a plus.
- Our agency has 95% family caregivers. Therefore, on call responsibilities are minimal.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Leadership- reports to CEO; responsible for supervising the work of 2 employees in three areas: Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance.
Human Resources - Office manager will share duties with the Administrative assistant. Supervising all areas of onboarding, caregiver training, scheduling and hiring . Respond to all requests for information.
Marketing- Track activities of the marketer, facilitating a smooth client transition into the agency. Assist with social media.
Client care- Supervising the work of the client care specialist; Monitoring completion of home visits; Maintaining client charts,
Finance- Willing to become proficient in using Axiscare software to schedule and monitor visits.
Utilize appropriate Agency software for weekly payroll and benefits
Monitor remittances.
