Salary: $28 - $33 per hour, with signing incentives (cash, vehicle access, or others)

Potential for annual profit share + performance incentives

What You'll Do:

Perform expert-level finished carpentry and deliver exceptional craftsmanship in every project.

Take on tasks in other trades, including light plumbing, electrical work, and painting/patching, showcasing your versatility.

Collaborate with teammates to adapt to shifting priorities and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Communicate fluently and professionally with homeowners, ensuring a positive client experience.

Use a smartphone app to manage job scopes, schedules, and GPS tracking.

What You Bring

10+ years of professional handyman, carpentry, or residential remodeling experience, including 2+ years of direct customer engagement.

High-level skills in finished carpentry and proficiency in general trades (plumbing, electrical, painting/patching).

A work truck or van and a standard set of hand and power tools.

Residence within 40 minutes of Downtown Philadelphia.

The ability to fluently communicate in English with homeowners.

Comfortable using a personal smartphone to access and manage company apps for tasks, jobs, and the scope of work.
