We are seeking a Home Loans Sales Operations Manager for the Home Loan Origination Department.
The Sales Operations Manager is a critical role within our Home Loans Division, tasked with driving the success of our home loans initiatives. This role involves supporting the Home Loans Production Manager in achieving operational excellence for the Home Loans Sales Team. The scope of responsibilities is broad and includes Sales Support, Data Reporting & Analysis, System Management, Marketing Support, Compliance and Documentation, Policy & Procedure Management, and Training & Development. The role operates within a complex and fast-paced environment, requiring a keen attention to detail, adaptability to ambiguity, the ability to shift contexts, and an imaginative and entrepreneurial spirit. Success in this role will significantly contribute to our team’s performance and the overall success of our organization.

Highlights:
- Collaborate with realtors to understand their needs and provide recommendations for aligning loan products accordingly
- Contact perspective realtors and set up introductory meetings with Loan Officers
- Build, maintain, and continuously enhance data processes related to data integrity and analysis with an emphasis on automation
- Maintain all active and inactive realtors in CRM with an emphasis on accuracy and complete information
- Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Manager to monitor and optimize the Home Loans B2C marketing process
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures and job aides that satisfy regulatory requirements, internal and external audits
Experience:
Required
- 3 years of experience working for a financial institution and/or 3 years mortgage experience
- Customer service focus in a team environment
Preferred
- Management experience
Education:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Business or related field
Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong written and oral communication skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
