HOME LOANS SALES MANAGER

Our Home Loans Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of mortgage loan officers, with a strong emphasis on cultivating and maintaining branch and community referral sources. The Home Loan Sales Manager will be a proactive leader who can drive business growth while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and maintain high quality service standards.

Job duties include utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to generate referral business, leads, and relationships with our branch partners and external business partners - especially realtors! Directly supervising and mentoring a team of Mortgage Loan Originators to maximize productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and completeness. Promote a member centric approach ensuring that members receive exceptional service throughout the loan process.

QUALIFICATION FOR A HOME LOANS SALES MANAGER

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of mortgage origination experience.
• At least three years of previous management experience.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, sales role; seasoned professional with referral sources already established.
• Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and 2nd Mortgage Products.
• Understanding of mortgage products and processes.
• Ability to work independently and implement a sales strategy to achieve desired production results.
• Ability to lead sales team in taking accurate and thorough loan applications.
• Working knowledge of credit reports, DTI, LTV, and CLTV ratios.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel to different branch locations and various training or networking events.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics preferred.

• RequiredtoregisterwiththeNationwideMortgageLicensing System and Registry (NMLS) and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
• Proficiency with a variety of Mortgage LOS
