Home Improvement Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Attend daily events to educate customers on the home improvement program and services offered by our clients, ensuring a clear understanding of available options.
- Work directly with customers to enroll them in home improvement services and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers to speak with designated top sales managers, facilitating a seamless transition from enrollment to further discussions.

- Meet and exceed enrollment targets and performance metrics through proactive outreach strategies such as directly engaging with customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.
Home Improvement Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or customer enrollment role is preferred but optional.
- Proven track record of success in collaborative team settings, whether through sports teams, clubs, or previous employment experiences.
- Interest in home improvement projects and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel.
