Job Description: At EnerBank, the Collections Representative is responsible for the daily collection process, which includes communications with customers at all levels of delinquency. EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers. Primary Responsibilities Contacts customers by telephone or other approved methods for the purpose of resolving the delinquent status of accounts Counsels customers to available payment options Documents outcomes and actions taken in collection system notes Processes customer payments via phone This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Preferences One (1) year of relevant experience Skills and Competencies Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Good customer service Good Microsoft Office Suite skills Strong negotiation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of collection software This position is available onsite in Salt Lake City. Post training period a hybrid schedule of in office and offsite work is possible if meeting production standards. A full time schedule of 40 hours, Monday through Friday during business hours is expected. A monthly bonus incentive on top of base hourly pay is available to earn for all associates in this role. Additionally, offers made to qualified, external candidates will include a $2,000 sign on bonus (internal associates and re-hires are not eligible for the sign on). Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $36,500.00 USD Median: $40,000.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
