About the Role:
One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. You will provide comprehensive care to patients in their homes, working autonomously with a focus on patient education, treatment plans, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Qualifications:
- Need candidate that is ready to start working by June 27, 2024! Quick interview process and orientation.
- Active RN license in the state of Washington.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, long-term care, or home health setting (preferred)
- Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in documentation and medical record keeping
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
- M-Thursday nights (10pm-6am or 11pm-7am) - Flexible scheduling available!
