Firstat Nursing Services of Orlando an affiliate of Parx Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and caring Home Health Registered Nurse to provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in Orange and Seminole county Florida. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for overseeing patient care, administering medication, developing care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to patients. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing home care and is committed to improving the health and well-being of their patients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medication and healthcare treatments as prescribed by a physician
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families
- Educate patients and their families regarding their condition and provide support and guidance
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ethical standards
Requirements
- Current Florida Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a related field
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a patient's home environment.
