This position supports patients in Benton Harbor and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college (required)
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

This position offers a $10,000 First Year Success bonus paid out in three installments over one year.

Additional $5K bonus to assist relocation candidates (PTs must have home health experience to qualify for this additional bonus).

Compensation:
This is a PPV (pay-per-visit) position. See attached PT PPV Rates for details, as rates vary based on the type of service and level of experience.
