Job Responsibilities:
Educate patients and families on basic home safety and medical equipment use related to provided services.
Coordinate physical therapy services with other agency personnel by participating in patient care plans.
Conduct follow-up visits after PT evaluations.

Requirements:
Current California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License.
Valid California Driver’s License with reliable transportation and insurance.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Per-Diem available.

Starting from $65.00 per hour
