We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time and 100% Home Health focused opportunity in Littleton or Parker, CO!

Compensation Package:

• $39 to $46 Per Regular Visit

Requirements:

• Clear and Active PTA License in Colorado
• New Graduates Considered
• Current and Active Driver’s License
• Home Health Experience Preferred - Training Offered

Responsibilities:

• Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
• Working with Geriatric Patients 
• Using Matrix Care EMR 
• Seeing 6 Geriatric Patients Per Day in Their Home - Routes Are Coordinated Depending on Your Home Location - 20 to 30 Minute Visits
• 1 to 2 Weeks of Onboarding/Orientation
• Comply with ethical and professional standards of conduct as set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Assess each patient and developing an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
• Demonstrate treatment skills that are rooted in evidence-based practice guidelines while balancing both patient and provider expectations and needs
