QUALIFICATIONS
+ High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
+ Graduate from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program
+ Current licensure or ability to obtain as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in practicing state and/or nationally certified
+ Ability to travel to patient homes within designated geographic area.
+ Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
+ Current CPR certification
