About the Job
The HHA will provide a full range of quality, client-focused duties including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and recreational duties in a homelike setting for the residents living in the community. This position may require from time to time, This position requires flexible hours – including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and call-in and short notice shifts. This position requires individuals who possess a positive attitude, promote a positive work environment and stamp out negativity. Proof of vaccination is required for this position.

- Relate well to those who live and work in our home with a compassionate, caring, respectful attitude with strong customer service and stakeholder mindset and Respect each client as an individual and is aware of his/her need for self-respect and privacy
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team, under supervision, and independently
- Above-average interpersonal and judgment skills
- Loyal, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Well organized, self-directed, and resourceful with demonstrated ability to plan and set priorities
- Effective communication skills – verbal, written, and reading
- Ability to adapt to change
- Reliable and committed to attending work on a regular basis and ability to perform core physical duties involving lifting, bending, and stretching.
