Home Health Companion Job Description
Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care,
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Help individuals maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Document and report any changes in individuals' health or behavior
- Engage with clients interest in activities and interests
- Adapt to an ever changing routine due to possible outings and outside activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle
