Concepts of Health Care, Inc. is currently looking for individuals to join our team.
We provide one-on-one activities of daily living to our clients in their homes.
We have SHIFT and LIVE-IN work available.

We invest in our staff by providing orientation and on-going training.

Not a certified aide yet? No problem. We can provide you with FREE basic training classes so you can become a certified PCA with the opportunity for gainful employment after course completion.

Job Types: Full-time & Part-time positions available.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Assists with personal care activities & household tasks.
Meet the safety needs of clients including the safe use of any equipment.
Accurately administer and document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.

Salary:

Starting at $17.60 per hour. Plus mileage.
Daily rate of $228.80 - $343.20. Plus mileage.
Sign on bonus if conditions are met.
Holiday pay.
Referral bonus incentive programs.
