Home Health Aide

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with utilizing company equipment for virtual visits
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the required territory daily
• Serve as a liaison between providers and patients
• Function as a team member, including being flexible, able to work additional hours when needed and providing backup
• Manage/maintain equipment and supply inventory
• Other duties as assigned

• Home Health Aide Certification or equivalent required
• 1 years of HHA or equivalent experience required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Reliable vehicle required
• BLS – Basic Life Support Certification through American Heart Association preferred
• Must be comfortable working in residential settings
• Must be willing to travel daily within assigned territory
• Work as a valued team member, be flexible and able to work additional hours when needed and provide backup
• Excellent assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work independently and as part of a team
