Performs comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations on patients to establish plan of care and goals. Performs patient treatment according to Speech Language Pathology procedures of modalities, therapeutic exercise, dysphagia training and other accepted methods. Communicates pertinent information verbally or written to physician, other staff members, patients/caregivers.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. One (1) year recent clinical experience.  Home care experience preferred.

2. Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.

3. Current license as a speech-language pathologist. 

4. Current driver’s license ,car insurance, care registration, and reliable automobile.

5. Current BLS certification.

Prime Healthcare Home Care and Hospice offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $XX.XX to $XX.XX. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
