Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire an office assistant/ scheduler, someone who is self-driven, responsible, professional, and a team player.
Qualifications include:
Qualifications include:
- Must have scheduling experience - Nursing/ HHA visits.
- Must have computer experience - Microsoft Word and Excel, able to create and maintain documents.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing nurses and aide visit schedules daily.
- Monitor all visits and make sure that they are scheduled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Find coverage when a nurse or aide is not able to work.
- Call and confirm nurses' and aides' schedules.
- Working on daily reports/ administrative reports per office procedures.
- Answering phone calls.
- Provide administrative support.
- Assist in keeping the office neat and clean.
- Perform other office duties as required.
