Shift: MON-FRI 8am-4pm

Pay: $60.00/hr.

Scheduled Pay: Weekly

Home Care RN Description/Duties

• Primary functions of the Registered Nurse are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency and assume the responsibility for coordination of care.

Home Care RN Requirements

• Active RN License for the State of New Jersey
• Homecare Homebase software and OASIS experience-REQUIRED
• 2 years’ experience in home healthcare
• CHPN Certification-Preferred
