Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care RN Case Manager with coverage needs in the King of Prussia, Norristown, Blue Bell, Plymouth Meeting, Bridgeport, Conshohocken, Lafayette, PA. area.

• Home Care Home base experience preferred!

The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.




***Requires 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.****




Excellent pay rates! Annual Salary range $105,000-$120,000 yearly.
