Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.




Coverage needs primarily in and around the Burlington/Woburn, MA area and surrounding towns.

• 4 days/week; 32 hours
• No weekends, on-call or holidays required!

***Requires minimum 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.****
