Licensed Home Care Agency is looking for a reliable, Creole speaking Home Care Scheduling Coordinator for our Inwood office in Nassau County.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating placement of caregivers to clients
• Documenting communication with caregivers and clients
• Schedule care for all patients

Requirements:

• Bilingual English & Creole 
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Proficient computer skills
• HHAeXchange Experience
