Eminence Home Care is seeking a talented Home Care Marketer to join our team!

Eminence Home Care, a premier provider of in-home health services, is looking for a dynamic Home Care Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services within Hudson and Bergen Counties to the community, establishing relationships with healthcare providers, and driving referrals to further enhance our client base. Your passion for home care and your expertise in marketing will enable you to create awareness about our services and the benefits of in-home care.

You will:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Eminence Home Care services
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other referral sources
• Conduct community outreach and educational events to raise awareness of home care options
• Manage marketing materials and ensure they effectively communicate our services and mission
• Perform market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Track marketing campaigns and report on their effectiveness in generating leads
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine marketing strategies based on feedback and results

You will have:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of home care services and the healthcare market
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
• Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing, and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
