Position Overview:

Are you a compassionate nursing professional looking to take the next step in your career? Americare Senior Living is excited to announce an opportunity for a Nursing Care Director (DON) at the Victorian Place of Washington and The Arbors, located in Washington, MO. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for leadership to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding nursing services, upholding high-quality care standards, and providing guidance to our medical team. Position Perks:

Salary: $58,240 to $62,400 with annual raise potential, commensurate with experience.
Bonus Plan: Up to $6,600 annual bonus.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health/vision/dental insurance, 401K, free daily meals, tuition reimbursement, and more.
On-call expectations/general hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM. On call during the week and every third weekend.

Some Essential Functions:

Oversee nursing service administration and clinical supervision
Implement and review nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures
Interpret and enforce nursing policies and procedures to staff
Provide clinical guidance and supervision to nurses and support staff
Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and staffing requirements
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Americare standards, including inspections

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing with LPN as the minimum certification (required)
Current state nursing license with ongoing education certification (required)
Minimum 3 years nursing experience (preferred)
Authentic passion for people, community and senior care (required)
