The ideal candidate will have experience in managing tax functions for high-net-worth individuals, real estate, and construction sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading a talented team to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for high-net-worth clients
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients in the real estate and construction industries
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
- Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and ensure compliance
- Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities for clients
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary
- Assist in researching complex tax issues and providing solutions
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management
- Strong background in high-net-worth individual taxation
- Experience with tax compliance in real estate and construction sectors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
Base Salary: $150,000-$185,000
