The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing high net worth client accounts, offering tailored insurance solutions for personal assets such as luxury homes, vehicles, collectibles, and other valuables. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring coverage needs are met, and working closely with carriers to provide superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for high net worth clients, providing expert advice and customized insurance solutions for their personal lines portfolios.
Conduct in-depth coverage reviews to ensure clients have comprehensive protection for homes, automobiles, yachts, fine art, jewelry, and other valuable assets.
Manage the entire insurance process, from initial client consultations, quotes, and policy issuance to ongoing servicing, renewals, and endorsements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurance carriers, ensuring access to competitive pricing and specialized products for high net worth clients.
Stay informed on market trends, products, and legal requirements related to personal lines insurance for affluent clientele.
Coordinate and assist with claims handling, offering clients support and guidance throughout the claims process.
Review and analyze existing coverage, identifying gaps or areas for improvement, and recommend additional or alternative policies as needed.
Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, managing changes, and facilitating policy renewals with a high level of attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to deliver seamless client experiences.
Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients and attract new high net worth clientele.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high net worth clients.
In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, watercraft, and specialty coverage for high-value assets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Current Property & Casualty insurance license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with insurance management software and tools.
