HMW - Small Equipment Operator (61035370) - State of South Carolina

Operates small equipment such as a standard dump truck for hauling materials such as asphalt, limestone, soil, cement, pipe, construction materials and debris.  Assists with the placement of traffic control devices to properly set up a maintenance work zone.  Serves as a flagger to safely direct and control traffic in maintenance work zones.  Performs manual labor using hand tools and small equipment. Assists with emergency and inclement weather operations, may include extended hours and/or 12 hour shifts.
