We are looking for a Histology and/or Pathology Lab Tech who specializes in customer service.
Our Histology / Pathology Laboratory Customer Service Representative is responsible for registering patient specimens for in house or referral testing, retrieving appropriate billing information from a variety of electronic systems and answering telephone calls from customers. In addition, they provide information to customers and solicit information to triage calls to disseminate to appropriate departments. This position acts as liaison between customer and various departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years phlebotomy processing or Customer service experience preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
