Histology Tech - Rush Copley Medical Center

Position Summary:Processes and prepares anatomical and cytology specimens for examination by the Pathologist. Assists in specimen procurement and report processing.

Position Requirements:

• Registered Histology Technician HT (ASCP) or have completed an accredited histology program and have eligibility to take the registry exam.
• Successful passing of the HT (ASCP) exam within 1 year of hire.
• Experience with histological instrumentation
• Practiced communication skills
• Professional demeanor

$25.95- $38.93Hourly
