We are looking for hardworking, dedicated applicants to use our high-tech machines to assist in the manufacturing of rubber tread and to inspect the product for the top-quality brand we strive for. Duties:
As a Production Associate you will:
+ Work with, and around, moving mechanical parts throughout the facility
+ Load and unload the assigned machines.
+ Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and sometimes crouch

Position Requirements:
We need employees who can work a seven-day rotating schedule, including some weekends, as well as work a 12-hour shift. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where noise levels can vary, and it can become very loud. No experience is needed for this role! We'll give you all the tread you need to succeed, if you like to burn rubber, come join our team today!
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
