Job Summary:
The Line Cook plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our Members and Guests. This position involves preparing food for both a la carte dining and private events, ensuring consistent quality in food preparation and presentation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Sous Chefs with various tasks, maintaining an efficient workflow to meet business demands.
- Set up and stock food items and necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food sanitation standards by properly handling and storing food.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete food storage logs regularly.
- Previous experience as a Cook is required.
- Familiarity with broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
- Experience in a Country Club or Restaurant setting is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
