• Manage and optimize the ICOMS billing system.
• Support system upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze and improve telecom billing and customer management processes.
• Develop and document workflows.
• Collect and document business requirements.
• Translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery and risk management.
• Liaise between business units, IT teams, and vendors.
• Support decision-making with accurate data insights.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in telecom; experience with ICOMS is essential.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of telecom regulations.
