What You’ll Do:

?? Oversee multiple projects, from shore power systems to terminal-wide installations

?? Mentor and guide Electrician Leads and field teams

?? Design, troubleshoot, and implement electrical solutions (480VAC 3-Phase, VFDs, Motor Controllers)

?? Collaborate with port engineers, subcontractors, and vendors

?? Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables

What You’ll Bring:

?? 5+ years of experience as a marine electrician or similar role

?? Strong leadership and project management skills

?? Hands-on experience with 480VAC 3-Phase systems, schematics, and OSHA regulations

?? A passion for leading by example and mentoring others
