Are you an experienced leader ready to oversee operations at two exceptional properties? Davis Conference Center in Layton, UT, is seeking a full-time Hilton and Conference Center General Manager to manage two different properties.

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB
This position works between Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule but may require weekend and on-call availability to ensure the successful operation of the 24/7 properties.
As a Hilton and Conference Center General Manager, you will oversee our two properties. The Hilton Gared Inn Layton and The Davis Conference Center. You will see all aspects of operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, ensuring smooth and profitable operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with Western States Lodging values. Each day, you'll focus on strategic planning, team leadership, and community engagement to ensure long-term success. From managing accommodations and conference events to addressing challenges and representing the properties locally, you'll play a key role in driving economic growth and delivering excellence.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience as a hotel General Manager
- Conference center management expertise is a must
- Food and beverage management experience
- Proven success in P&L management
- 4-year degree in a relevant field
- Passion for leadership and the ability to embody Western States Lodging's values in everything you do
