About the Job
Position: HIIT/Bootcamp Group Fitness Instructor – Substitute (Potential for Permanent Role)
- Lead high-energy HIIT/Bootcamp classes, delivering effective, safe, and challenging workouts for participants of all fitness levels.
- Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals in a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to class design, ensuring a fun and varied workout experience.
- Foster a sense of community among participants by being approachable and engaging.
- Maintain a professional and positive presence at the Alper JCC Miami.
- Certification: A nationally recognized Group Fitness Instructor certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, etc.) or a Personal Training certification.
- Experience: Previous experience leading group fitness classes, especially HIIT or bootcamp-style workouts.
- Personality: A fun, friendly, and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of fitness principles, proper form, and injury prevention.
- Flexibility: Availability to step in as a substitute instructor when needed, with potential for permanent scheduling.
