NICET II, III or IV Certification is required. Associates or Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred but not required in addition to NICET.

Significant history as a Senior Level Inspector on NYSDOT transportation projects

Prior experience supervising subordinate staff

Ability to interpret plans/specifications and properly document collected data

NICET Certification

ACI Field Technician Certification

Traffic Control Certification

NETTCP, NACE and/or SSPC Certification a plus

Experience and familiarity with MURK

Familiarity and working knowledge of SiteManager

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability and flexibility to work nights and/or weekends as required
