Objective
To manage daily responsibilities on diverse heavy/highway construction sites, encompassing a range of projects such as bridge construction, roadway work, tunnel rehabilitation, and various concrete works.


Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other industry professionals.
• Establish performance targets and deadlines for project tasks.
• Strategize and execute construction processes for assigned projects.
• Oversee staff activities and provide constructive feedback.
• Track project progress and report updates.
• Oversee inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Coordinate permits and inspections with local authorities.
• Manage and submit timesheets for on-site staff.
• Ensure the project site is kept clean, organized, and safe.
