Required Skills and Experience:

• NICET certified (any level)

• Proven experience in highway and roadway inspection, testing, and maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description:

• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of highways and roadways in accordance with NICET standards.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

• Document and report findings, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other team members.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
