Higher Education Database Administrator - The Ford Agency

This role will coordinate data across multiple systems and work closely with various teams to ensure effective database customization promoting organizational goals. Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement database architectures and customizations
• Collaborate with teams to ensure organizational alignment in database design
• Integrate data from various sources ensuring data quality
• Document best practices and processes for the team
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide support to users
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and organizational policies

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
• Association or higher education experience required
• Direct experience with Salesforce and Community Brands solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
