What are we seeking?
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Day to Day responsibilities:
* High volume invoice processing of vendor invoices using the 3-way matching principle
* Code and post all non-PO invoices
* Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
* Process monthly credit card purchases by matching receipts to the transactions
* Resolve invoice/receiving issues by communicating with the purchasing and/or receiving department
* Prepare and process weekly payment runs including electronic payments (ex: ACH, Wires, Virtual Credit Card) and checks for signature
* Maintain compliance with GAAP, internal controls and corporate policies
* Provide support to other accounting and finance functions as needed
Required skillset:
* 2 years in Accounts Payable and 3-way matching experience and major ERP experience required

* High school diploma or equivalent
