Pay Range: $105,100.00 USD - $144,500.00 USD Yearly
Responsibilities:
- Provide crucial technical support and instructions to our production and manufacturing operation teams.
- Review and analyze electrical designs, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Maintain the performance of our testers, meeting customer requirements and standards.
- Lead in failure analysis and debugging of products, employing advanced technical skills.
- Collaborate closely with our team to resolve technical challenges in the manufacturing process.
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise and providing necessary documentation.
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding test data and production issues, showcasing our dedication to excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in power distribution, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and relevant standards.
- Hands-on experience with test setups and HVHP manufacturing processes.
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
