Your Role:
This is a commission-based-only remote Setter/Closer position at AK’s Sales Services. As a Setter/Closer, your role will include setting up high-quality sales calls and closing high-ticket deals for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects and set qualified appointments.
- Manage CRM and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Process payments for closed deals and send out service agreements.
- Follow up relentlessly on pending deals to close them.
- Track and report your KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Attend daily sales huddles and company-wide training events.
- Invest time in personal development to sharpen your skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, especially in remote or high-ticket sales.
- Must be located in North America.
- Available full-time, with a hunger for growth and learning.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Open-minded, coachable, and eager to improve.
- Professional, prompt, and courteous.
- Self-motivated and competitive, driven by success.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based – no base salary, but no ceiling on earnings.
- Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from closed deals.
- Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commission potential.
