Key Responsibilities:
Craft engaging and tailored instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
Assess and track student progress to ensure alignment with educational goals.
Foster collaboration with parents, teachers, and school staff to develop personalized education plans.
Adapt teaching strategies and materials to cater to individual student interests and learning styles.
Provide virtual instruction and support for a caseload of students, ensuring an enriching learning environment.
Requirements:
Possession of a license and Special Education (SPed) license for high school.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in special education.
Thorough knowledge of special education principles and legal guidelines.
Proficiency in utilizing technology to deliver effective instruction and support.
Ability to thrive independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
Current or willingness to obtain liability insurance upon acceptance.
Compensation:
Competitive weekly compensation ranging from $30 to $36 per hour, commensurate with experience.
This position operates under a 1099 arrangement for the remainder of the school year, with potential for renewal.

Successful candidates may receive a formal offer upon completion of the interview process.
