Commercial General Superintendent Key Qualifications:

• Proven background in managing Commercial Construction High-Rise Projects as a Commercial Superintendent
• Strong tenure and experience in both ground-up and interior commercial construction
• Ability to lead and manage projects independently with minimal oversight
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, key to success as a Commercial Superintendent
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results under pressure
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though not required
