High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service insurance portfolios for affluent clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, providing tailored risk management solutions, and ensuring exceptional service to meet the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals and families.
Salary: $80-90k
Hybrid or Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service personal lines insurance policies, including auto, home, umbrella, and specialty lines.
- Assess client needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Conduct policy reviews, handle renewals, and process endorsements or claims efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate competitive terms and coverage.
- Stay updated on market trends and high-value insurance products to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Insurance license (P&C) is required.
- Commitment to delivering superior client service and attention to detail.
